What exactly do the chemicals/hormones in non-organic foods do to your body?

I buy organic milk, cheese and eggs so I don’t ingest growth hormones pumped into cows and chickens, but how do the chemicals (like pesticides) in fruits and vegetables affect our bodies and weight loss efforts? What foods should I definitely buy organically?

I suppose the answer is buy as much as you can! Anything sprayed that you dont peel. But because these toxins build up in your liver and other organs, you have to think about other things too like artificial additives and colours in foods you might eat as all these have the same effect on the body so you should cut out processed and artificial foods too…

they dont… The milk cartons with non growth hormone cows used EXPLICITLY says that there is no evidence of benefit from not ingesting growth hormone.
