What does "no GEI" on baby's organic cereal mean?

FAQs
I bought some organic rice cereal for my baby because it was time for him to start and I really want him to have the best with no pesticides, herbicides , additives, etc.
The box says in big letters "No GEI", so apparently its significant, but I don’t know what it means. I couldn’t seem to find anything that seemed to fit in google.

My guess would be Genetically Engineered Ingredients. I have never seen a GEI label before… but I have seen no-GMO (genetically modified organisms).

No genetically engineered ingredients?
That’s a guess, don’t take it as gospel :)

It is significant. Do you like genetically modified foods for your children? The largest seed manufacturer in America(and possibly the world) has been altering seed DNA to make them able to grow even after being sprayed with "Round-up" brand weed killers. This is their own product.
