| What is Coconut Cream Concentrate? Coconut Cream Concentrate is certified organic whole coconut meat in concentrated form. It contains no additives (not even water). The dried coconut meat is ground into a very fine powder, giving it a creamy consistency due to its high fat content. Since it is 70% fat, it is a rich source of pure coconut oil. Note: this is a food, not a cooking oil. How is Coconut Cream Concentrate used? You can mix 1 or 2 teaspoons of Coconut Cream Concentrate with water or juice to make a creamy coconut milk drink. It is also an excellent ingredient for cooking and baking. Because of its low moisture content, it can be mixed right in the batter or dough of breads and pastries. It can also enhance soups, be blended with smoothies, or made into ice cream. Many people just eat it straight, or spread it on breads and crackers, because it is so delicious! I first became aware of organic coconut when I researched natural remedies for an under-active thyroid. (It helps!) Before that, I had assumed that all coconut products were bad, due to the damaging effects of highly processed coconut oils often found in snacks. However, now I'm a convert. The company which makes this product (Tropical Traditions) has a very helpful website which educated me.
Organic coconut is an essential part of my diet now. As for this product, I like its convenience (a jar takes up less space than regular coconut). Usually, I use it for hot cocoa, adding two heaping teaspoons to a cup of hot water, plus organic cocoa powder and Stevia. Recently, however, I didn't feel like having cocoa, and so I added the same amount to my black coffee. Believe it or not, it even tasted good that way!
It can be combined with anything and simply makes it taste better, but also adds important nutrients.
I think everyone could benefit from learning about organic coconut, and making it a regular part of their diet. |

| I use Tropical Traditions either in smoothies or directly out of the jar; it could also be used as spread on toast, sandwiches, etc. It has a very good flavor, with lots of added health benefits. In my case it really helps calm down inflammation, so has been helpful in treating a variety of health problems, including rheumatoid arthritis and IBS. |

| Compared with butter on sweet potatoes, the coconut cream is so much better tasting! It improves the taste of food. I love it in smoothies too. Am very delighted with this product and don't want to be without it. So much easier to use than pure coconut oil. It has such a nice aroma too. |

My husband is very sick with Agent Orange Leukemia and this coconut oil makes him feel so much better. He takes 1/2 teaspoon full on an oatmeal raisen cookie every day. He cannot go one single day without it or he gets weak, perspires and becomes nausiated and cannot get out of bed, eat or sleep.
If it makes him feel well, can you just imagine what it can do for the rest of us. So I give it to everyone in my family and buy it for them for Christmas because the greatest gift is good health.
I also cook with it. I melt it an put it in pancakes, waffles, cakes,icening, pies, cookies, home made bread, home made cheese cake and also coconut shrimp etc. I make them all use coconut shampoo, soap and lotion too. Because I really believe if coconut oil can help my husband it can help everyone. I also buy EVERYTHING Organic from Amazon. I won't let him touch Dairy that is not organic. Amazon has the organic dry milk and lots of other organic products in the grocery department. Thanks amazon, I could not care for my husband, kids and manage my home without you. |

I love love love this product. I started out trying the virgin gold label coconut oil, moved on to the green label, and now I've tried the coconut cream concentrate. Of the three, you will definitely get the best taste from this product. I put some on some sweet potatoes, and it tastes like you're eating a glazed donut. It's so yummy.
It does solidify after you mix and thaw it out, but it flakes off fairly easily in solid form. And as soon as you put it on something warm it begins to melt again, so I don't think it's that big of a deal. The thawing process when you first get it isn't that bad. And once it's thawed, you just mix it once. Then, if it solidifies again, it's still mixed up but just more flaky.
TT is also a fantastic seller. I will definitely buy again! |

| This is very healthy, however, it's way too tough to mix, and it's too dense. It's hard to use it in recipes or to transform it into milk for my smoothies. |
