im on 16% body fat i dont use supplements except for creatine. every day i need to eat so much to get enough protein. is it a good idea to lower protein if it means i take in less calories? i want to build muscle while losing fat

You cant build muscle and drop fat at the same time if want to get down to like 10% your going to have to diet end off. You can try and do a recomp but you wont drop much weight.
And dont drop protein,just focus on one goal and go for it

@chrism8188 when you start losing fat you will lose a bit of muscle so essentially yes, you would be toning, best foods would be to cut down on your carbs and eat more healthy fats and proteins with veggies

@UndeRTaKerFAnToNy i get my daily protein requirements and i do weights that help build muscle. adn i also eat less calories than i eat i can build muscle and lose weight at the same time.
