First swing was a hit when we had to decide on a solid food to introduce to our four month old son. He loves this cereal and it doesn't cause him constipation.

It's easy to mix and we've mixed it with vegetables too to introduce more foods to him. Couldn't be happier.
Careful -- Contains Milk

So, I bought this thinking it was safe for my 6-month old. When I received the product from Amazon I saw that it says (in very small print below the ingredient list) "*DHA and ARA contain casein (milk) protein as a carrier". From what I've read, babies aren't supposed to have cows milk until one year old. I REALLY wish they would have disclosed this in the product description on Amazon. I would have never bought this. I'll be making my own rice cereal now -- don't need my baby eating something that's fortified with cows milk. That's just an unnecessary ingredient!
