Gluten Free,No Meats,No Sugar,Cottage Cheese…Diet!?
I’m on a diet that my brother put me on ever since we found out I had lymphoma Cancer in my neck, and he’s doing a natural way first to clean/kill the cancer. His diet includes Gluten Free Foods/No Wheat, No Meats,No Sugar (Unless natural i.e fruits),Can’t have Milk, and Organic foods but mainly meaning organic fruits….!!!
All I’ve been surviving off of is cottage cheese/flaccid oil mix, yugart, meatless burgers, gluten free bread and eggos, vitamins, water, organic lemonade with fake sugar w.e its called.
Only things i like/close to normal are nice organic jam and the smoothies he makes.
Anyone suggest any good foods that could squeeze into this diet!?!? Please
Diet plan help?
I am 16 years old, I weigh 118 pounds and I am 4’11. I need some input.
I am starting a diet that consists of fish, vegetables, fresh fruits and LOTS of water.
I don’t eat meat or chicken, or processed foods.
I do not drink soda and I don’t eat after 7pm.
I have the occasional bread and pasta, BOTH WHEAT with organic sauces.
No butter, etc. Things of that sort.
I walk/run on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day. Which tends to result in a little over 1 mile.
How should I space out my meals, or eat them? I do not want to eat too much but I don’t want to starve myself, for I am a recovering anorexic.
Do you think it is possible that I will lose at LEAST 18 pounds (hopefully MORE) by he end of May?
Actually, when I say that I run/walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day, it is ONLY on the weekdays.
5 days out of 7 days in a week.
Gluten-free diet.?
Me and my husband are on a gluten (wheat) free and dairy free diet. It has changed our life drastically. We only eat organic fruits, vegetables, and meat. He is 49, works out daily with cardio and lifts weights. We do take our correct mg for calcium supplement but I worry about enough carbs for him. Has anyone out there done this type of diet and also has a heavy workout schedule? Is he getting enough of what he needs?
i would like to get in shape before i start college fall 2008. is my plan adequate?
I have been doing this for about a month and do not see any difference in weight or loss of inches but here it is:
a total of one hour of excersize daily (4-6 times a week)
(jogging, pilates, and/or some sort of aerobic excersize)
i either jog for 20-30 minutes and then do aerobic/strength training for the remaining 40-30 minutes or do pilates for 45 and then aerobics for the reamining 15)
and my diet is like vegan? i guess. i eat nuts, beans, organic soups, vegetables and fruits and i have a protien shake in the morning and i will start to add in whole grains/wheat around the first of the year. and yeah i get enough water and take vitamins blahblah.
i am 5’6 and 135 pounds.
idealy, i would like to lose 20 lbs before Summer 2008.
however if i like how i look before i lose 20 then i will be satisfied.
is this acheivable?
am i on the right track?
any suggestions?
Can this diet cause any hormone effects (see details)?
I have started on a diet that consist of only organic foods, but I am avoiding eggs, dairy, chicken, peanuts, and olives. I’ve also changed from white bread to wheat and milk to organic soy milk (currently with vanilla). I drank a lot of milk, and soy seams the same if not better TO ME. That means that there’s a lot of soy/tofu in this diet. Could any of this cause any hormone effects? What could this do to men? To woman? Things to watch out for or to add? Might this diet need pills to act for missing foods?
I don’t want a diet pill >.< READ THE QUESTION. the only mention of a pill in the question is asking if a pill might be needed to make up for lost nutrition. There are other parts then just the last sentence guy.
