I think the hardest part would be drinking only water and not having eggs. Thankfully I do have a bulk supply of tea but I do like to buy distilled water. I also try to buy only organic products – I’m not sure that will work but for things like oatmeal I really don’t mind.
I am doing a detox diet that consists of limiting some foods, lemon water, detoxifying tea once daily and a colon detox pill each day. How long should I do this diet?
This is my first time to do a detox diet and I have been doing it for three days so far. I’m used to eating pretty healthy and organic, so my only side effects have been a little bit of an acne outbreak and my breath is a little more foul in the mornings than it usually is.
Also, what should I do after I have cleansed the colon? Is it okay to start doing the detox baths at that point or should I take a rest?
How do I make my skin lighter naturally? Like using vegetables and shit? AND how do I get rid of Acne with organics [vegetables, tea, etc.]

Will I lose weight if I continue drinking the tea?
Is it like a laxative?
