My Mom buys pretty much everything organic, like 90% of our food is, and then the other 10% is regular things that are really hard to find organic. Here is the meal I would have and it varies:

Breakfeast: Oatmeal with cinnamon or chocolate chips (organic)
Fruit (rasberry, strawberry,apple, or mango)
Organic Chocolate Milk, Lowfat, 1% milkfat

Lunch: (for school this is pretty much what I have everyday)
Ham sandwich (lettuce, cheese, honey mustard)
Cape Cod Potato Chips 40% reduced fat
Clif Kid Organic Fruit Twist.

Dinner: Steak, green beans (example)
Sometimes I have a hamburger or hotdog, usually once a month
Sheperd’s pie (that was for dinner last night)

Is there any dieting or fixing to do in my diet

Usually I do a half an hour to an hour of exercise a day and usually a few hours of playing outside.

I’m freaked cause I think I’m fat but for my age I’m at a good weight but I still think I’m fat. My Mom thinks I’m showing signs of anorexia.
I lied I have fruits and vegetables :) Usually fruits for snack and vegetables for dinner or lunch.

diet plan help?

ok. i dont need to loose 20 pounds in 4 days, or anything like that. but i just want to know, what is a good diet EATTING plan?
i need a plan that doesnt say like in the morning have strawberry with organic blueberry jaw that you can only get in china. i need a plan with normal food and amounts.

my plan know is
i dont have breakfast
a sandwich, or pizza for lucnh
and when i go home i eat eat eat… junk food, dinner, junk food.

does any know one? or can find a good one for me?

breakfast- cinnamon raison roll (200 calories, 2 g. fat, no saturated), a bowl of blueberries/strawberries, scrambled eg whites with fat free cheese, 2 glasses of water

lunch- turkey sandwich on whole grain organic bread, apple, light&fit yogurt, diet lemon snapple iced tea

snack- granola bar, iced coffe w/skim milk and splenda

dinner- annies whole wheat mac&cheese w/ chicken and brocoli, salad no dressing

snack- 1/2 cup edys strawberry fro-yo

is it too much food?
all together it came to be around 1500-1600 calories

for exercise i jogged two miles, 100 crunches, leg toning exercises, and i walked around a lot during the day

did i do well? im not trying to lose weight, just be healthy. i am 5’3, 105-108 lbs and 13 yrs old

I am trying to lose about 10-15 pounds, hopefully most of that will be lost in 6 weeks or so if possible. Anyway, this is what I ate today, am I on the right track? Im going to eat pretty much the same thing every day and exercise LOTS.

2 organic weetabix with low fat milk

amys organic tomato bisque soup

low fat organic strawberry bio yogurt and a few grapes

grilled chicken tenderloins with salad

We are trying for our first baby..yeah. I started drinking organic pergnancy tea and taking vitex.. Is this okay? I have heard different opions. what have you experinced? the tea has raspberry leaf and strawberry leaf, nettle leaf, alfalfa leaf, rose hip, bitter fennel leaf, leamon, verbena leaf

My son is a year old and recently just switched from formula to cow’s milk (whole – organic). He always hated formula, never drank more than 6 oz. at a time and that was only when we persisted. Now that he is on the cow’s milk he wants nothing to do with it. It’s a struggle to just get him to drink 1 oz. We even added a little Strawberry Quik and he still isn’t interested. How can I get him to drink milk? I’m worried he isn’t getting the nutrients he needs.
