I eat an organic diet of corn flakes and rice milk, spirulina, and other green powders, 3 tbps of linseeds ground, tofu, tuna, salad, and broccoli, rice cakes, apples, almonds, and pasta sauces, and that’s my diet at the moment, what do you think?

I am taking 3gr of pure organic spirulina a day and adding Omega 3/6 from flax seeds 1.000mg and extra vit C 1gr daily from easter C. Also all this with helthy diet.
Do you think I am getting enough from all the vitamins and minerals from Spirulina? Do I need to take any extra supplements? as I have Anemia and gastrites?!
