I still have acne problem at 29

I have tried different creams/facewash/ so on

they clear my acne

but the problem is once some few spots are cleared and gone another lot appear on my face ,now I eat pretty healthy

as Im a vegitarian,I don,t drink any alcohol/ or fizzy drinks.

I mainly drink hot fruit flavoured yea /organic milk/green tea plenty of and water, I eat a lot of rice, pasta, Spinach, Vegi stir frys and Quinoa

I only eat chips once a week, and I never eat any pizza or burgers.

While I may sound like a health freak, I watch what I eat and comsume into my body, so its safe to say I think I eat healthy enough.

But Im at a loss as to whats, causing acne to keep appearing on my face at 29, I had acne pretty bad as a teenager, its not as bad but i still get acne though

I thought years ago id be past all this acne once im past 20

but I was wrong, so does any ideas as to what,s causing it?

If anyone could recommend a good cream or tablets to take please so.

Here is my diet on an average day, in chronological order:

1 slice of homemade pizza (lowfat cheese and chicken)
1 organic multivitamin
1 large leaf of kale spinach
1 chipotle burrito, eaten in 2 sittings (rice, chicken, black beans, lettuce)
1 caesar salad (minimal dressing)
1 berry smoothie (water, OJ, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, ground flaxseed)
1 plate of whole wheat pasta with salmon, shrimp, and lots of olive oil
8 oz warm milk

6-8 cups of green tea drunk throughout the day
I am looking for an overall evaluation, not just an analysis of one meal. Simply saying "a slice of pizza in the morning can’t be good" is useless to me.

because I’m a vegetarian I normally eat only pasta EVERYDAY so for a week I decided to change my diet because I could hardly go toilet without laxatives. I’ve started eating more cereals, fruits and vegetables, vegetarian meats and organic foods, my mom has also been making a spinach and tomato mix with rice and potatos, which I love! my clothes have gotten really loose already in a week, i’m going toilet two times a day, I don’t feel stuffy, I feel great actually. but thats not the question, MY QUESTION IS HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK IS IT OKAY TO HAVE PASTA WITHOUT GAINING WEIGHT? my health teacher told me that pasta normally turns straight into fat and makes you constipated? and also have you got any got vegetarian recipes??? even 1 or 2 would be good.

I’m really excited about my new low-fat vegetarian diet. I completed my first day today this is what I had.

Breakfast: A glass of Tropicana Orange juice, steamed spinach, grapes, and organic egg whites(my dog enjoyed himself the yolks)

Snacks: Dried fruit

Lunch: Salad with Romaine lettuce, bean sprouts, chopped tomatoes, avacado, drizzled with fat free ranch dressing. A glass of silk low-fat chocolate soy milk.

Dinner: Sweet potatoes, corn, and beans, another glass of orange juice.

so?
please no ignorant comments like " a nice tender juicy steak would complete this" or anything of the sort.

thanks!
Oh, also I take a women’s multi-vitamin every morning

Hi, I have just started my daughter on solids and I bought her of Hipp organic cheesey spinach and potato bake. I was reading the ingredients and it said it contains cows milk, so my question is this – how come we’re not allowed to give cows milk before a year, but its ok in baby food that can be given from 4 months.

Also the jar contains 0.04g of salt, is this safe for my daughter.
