I am feeding my 4 week old an expensive organic formula. I want to switch him to organic Similac as it’s cheaper. Should I switch it gradually? If so, what’s the best way to do it? Also, does organic really make a difference?

my baby gets gassy pretty easily and spits up so i have been using the soy formula similac for him and he does pretty well with it but my mom used organic similac on my brother and i so i am trying that right now to see how it does on his stomach.
is infamil or similac the gentler and more natural one?

ease formula, he gets gassy and constipated. This was also the case when he was on similac. When i exclusively breastfeed, there is no problem going #2. I am a first time mom and want to know if changing to an organic formula will help his constipation. I heard good things about Earths best but im worried about the sugar????/ any advice please is appreciated.

My first child was fed Similac. I have been researching infant formulas and am finding that PBM makes the generic version for most stores (Walmart, Albertsons, Target, etc.) It has the same nutritional standards as Enfamil, and has even more DHA and ARA than Similac, but each can is cheaper! I bought the Walmart brand today (Parent’s Choice) in the organic version and for some reason I feel guilty about it. Any thoughts/feedback?

We started giving my exclusively breastfed baby similac organic formula with her solids(rice cereal first then switched completely to oatmeal when r/n asked us to do so). Atleast that got us to every other day. I read that Similac Organic was causing constipation in some babies, just wondering if anyone had this problem and what you switched to?

I have to supplement my baby with formula and I’d like to use organic. I tried organic Similac but doesn’t seem to mix well. I could try using warmer water but I don’t know if some of the nutrients will be lost. Is there any other organic formula that mixes better?
