Is this a good way to start a diet?

Breakfast.. A nice glass of water with a peach and some grapes and cherries (Organic)
Snack. Some grapes.
Lunch. A salad with lettuce and green pepper. No dressing. (Juice from tomato)
Snack a plum. (:
Dinner half of a hamburger (Home made) And a salad.
And I danced for 30 minutes today and jogged another 30..
