Hey guys, i’m reaally in the mood to acually get on to losing some weight.
Im 14 years old, female, and 170 pounds, and 5’6”
Before you say im extremly overweight, i will let you know that like more than half of that IS muscle, cause people tell me i look like im in the 130′s 140′s,
I cheer, everyday, for 3 hours. Its an intense practice too. We run, workout, and …cheer, ahha.

Anyways, me and my friend kinda composed a diet plan for me, and i was wondering if you "experts" out there could help me out by adding things, or if its fine.

So everyday, starting tommorow, i would do:

Running on the treadmill for 30 minutes
Going up and down the stairs 30 times
25 starbursts
50 crunches,

Then for food,
Organic apples
Eggs
Cauliflower
NON-fat yogurt: Yoplait light
Oatmeal
Peanuts
Soup
Fish!
Salad with not a lot of high calorie dressing

Thanks Guys, i really appreciate it.

I am a 16 year old male. I weigh 165 pounds. School starts in 2 months and i want to lose as many pounds as I can. I made a schedule so I can get off at least 10-15 pounds in these 2 months. And I have an online job so i have to do all my working out in the morning. Does that matter?

-7:30-wake up, eat breakfast (2 hard boiled eggs,a boiled potato, 1 banana. With some green tea (for metabolism)
water water water
7:45-go to Park, jog one hour at a steady pace.
waterwater
8:50- 3 sets of push ups, along with 3 sets of sit ups or crunches.
water water water
10:00- snack- salt-free crakers with some natrual jelly or organic peanut butter
water water water
12:00- lunch- 3 boiled potatos with a little bit of salt just to flavor it up and 1 slice of chesse
water water water
3:00-snack- 1 banana, veggies, and an apple
water water
7:00-some oatmeal (only with water no milk) and some fruits to cover it
water

suffer until 11:30 or 12 until i go to sleep (online job) :(

Is this a good diet? (of course i will mix things up. this is the start until i find other things that are healthy)

In the morning since i work at mcdonalds i either have there pancakes or a sausage mcmuffin, but i drink 16 ounces in the morning no matter what, and if im not working i stick to a nice bowl of oatmeal no sugar added just a pinch of raisins…

at my break i eat a side salad with some water…if im not at work ill eat a tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes
or a plain salad.

then at this point i box from 6:20-8:00 sometimes i skateboard home
i drink tons of water there and i sweat extreme amounts and i get quite alot of matches. so i figure im working very hard.

then when i get home i eat a cafe steamer or a lean meal from the freezer with some green organic tea.

also for note while im at work i may take a piece of bacon in the mornign and 1 or 2 nuggets in the afternoon and maybe a sip of diet coke will that throw me off and if not… is this diet plan im on good enough? to at least make me lose 2-3 pounds a week?

more notes i add hot sauce to my salads because it boosts my metabolism so does the 16 ounces of water and im gonna start lifting weights to boost it even more. i really do hope im doing good cus i wanna stay on this diet for a month…

if u need an age im 16.. so mcdonalds is not my full time job …if u can incorporate a diet plan with school cus i start in a week

so, I’m 33 and 5’11" 140lbs

looks like my metabolism isn’t going to slow down yet.

I’m just starting to work with a personal trainer to bulk up muscle

-he said for me to eat 4 full eggs and 4 egg whites every day…seems a bit excessive. I’m thinking half of that?

-he also said to eat 1-1/2 cups oatmeal (I do that now)

-2 slices of non-enriched bread with (organic) peanut butter?

-I have been having a protein shake with milk in the morning and also at night. takes longer to digest than water, but more protein

for lunch OR dinner I have chicken every day

he said for me to have 3000-4000 cals too…

thoughts?

So Iv suffered from acne since I was 10. The worse is the under the skin deep purple acne on the chin mostly. I also had back acne as well. Iv got dairy out and that reduced my acne greatly.I have NO back acne at all for the first time in 8 years. The past 2 weeks I have been working on eating only organic or raw foods.
My acne was doing the best Iv ever seen than about 4 days ago I ate baked salmon. I now have flare ups and Im wondering if its from salmon. Im going back to the no meat only veggies /fruits and larabars and oatmeal as well. How long did it take for your guys acne to clear up if anyone els has done this diet?

Hi, I have mild acne and have been trying to eat better to make my skin look healthier and feel better.
Breakfast: Organic Whole Grain Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
Snack: Whole Grain Apple Cinnamon Granola
Lunch: Either a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with organic salt free peanut butter on whole wheat bread OR a garden sala OR a fruit salad consisting of apples, grapes, and banana
Snack: An apple
Dinner: Cheerios with fat free milk OR Whole Wheat Organic Pasta w/ Ragu Original Pasta Sauce
Snack at about 7:30 pm: a plum or some grapes

Is this diet going to upset my acne? Am I eating too much fruit? What else could I eat to change things up? Please Help!
Also, I follow this routine everyday:
Morning: I wake up and rinse my face, apply Noxema deep clean to remove dirt and oil, then rinse.
Night (7-9PM): Take a shower. Rinse my face and apply Proactiv Solution. I leave the Proactiv on for about 2 hours so it does not overdry my skin. After 2 hours I rinse my face, apply Noxema to remove dirt from the day, and apply the Proactiv refining mask as spot treatment. I repeat this when I wake up the next day. Also, I exercise, and drink 1-2 liters of water a day. Im hoping for my skin to clear up soon.
