I would like to hear of your experiences with organic formula if you have used them; specifically Nature’s One or Earth’s Best formulas. After hearing the news of melamine in the big 3 top infant formula companies, I pulled my daughter (almost 4 months old) off Nestle Good Start Natural cultures formula. She is mostly breast-fed, but I supplement with formula. My breastmilk not only constipates her, but gives her more than the standard explosive gas, and the Good Start alleviated that problem. However, I will not intentionally feed her a poison. I want to start her on an organic formula and liked the reviews of Natures’s One and Earth’s Best formula. Share your experiences, good or bad?

I’ve finally realized that pretty much everything that we as consumers are buying for our children is garbage, and have thrown away everything in my house that isn’t organic, bought only glass and polypropylene baby bottles, and am done with immunizations until my son is at a more appropriate age.

My son has always eaten the regular Gerber baby foods, and is now 9 months old. I’ve switched him to organic baby food, and I bought the Natures Best kind, but they don’t have alot of variety of fruits and vegetables, so I was wondering, for Moms who have tried one or both, is the Organic Gerber food as good as the Natures Best brand?
Thansk for the suggestions. I do actually make my own baby food sometimes, but I’m so busy I keep store bought baby food on hand, and just wasn’t sure whether the Gerber was as good as the Natures Best.

Just starting to think on what type of formula I will choose for my baby. Seriously contemplating the use of bright beginnings organic formula or natures one organic formula….

I accidentally bought natures best ( or great start, I cant remember) organic bananas in step 2, it seems the only difference is there is ten more calories, is there any other difference between step 1 and 2?
Thats it! Earth’s best! So I definetly shouldn’t give it to my baby without giving her the step one first.
