I am 5’9, 138 pounds, wanting to look a little slimmer and feel healthier after bingeing for a week and a half. I have 3 weeks before I go away for christmas and I want to feel good. Ideally lose about 8-10 pounds. Heres my diet plan:
Breakfast
1 cup of multigrain cheerios with 1% milk
Apple
Snack
Low fat cheese stick
Lunch
Turkey sandwich on whole wheat double fiber bread with a little mustard and some veggies
Organic low fat vanilla yogurt
Apple/some other fruit
Dinner
1/2 cup of whole grain pasta with 4 small baked chicken tenderloin strips
Small side salad
After dinner snack
1 cup of 1% milk
I will also be upping my exercise to 1 hour from 45 minutes, 4-5 times a week, maybe every day if i can. will i lose noticeable weight?
Tomorrow I am going back on my diet.
Today I over ate wayyy too much and I am sorta depressed because of it.
This was what I was planning to eat:
Breakfast: A cup up apple with organic peanut butter and maybe 2 pieces of wheat toast (100 calories) with sugar free jelly on it.
Snack at 10 o clock: A salad with fat free dressing
Lunch: A turkey sandwich with 100 calorie wheat bread (100 calories for 2 slices) and maybe some Baked! chips (serving size, and 140 calories)
Snack at 2 o clock: A piece of toast with sugar free jelly on it (only 50 calories for a slice!) :)
And dinner at 5 o clock is gonna be a salad with dressing and maybe a big cracker (125 calories)
Is this a healthy days worth of food? Is it too much, too less? Keep in mind that I am trying to tone up and lose maybe 3 more lbs.

Oh yeah and I gonna be doing some exercise. (Maybe atleast 45 minutes bike ride and some weight lifting for 15 minutes and some sit ups for 5 minutes and some cheer for 30 minutes) :)
I’m 5’6 and 120 pounds.
I want to get into more shape, but i’d like to drop a few pounds before i get into serious toning, i’ll excercise on the side if needed, but if I eat special k cereal for breakfast and lunch will i lose wight fast? I am not a small female so i’m sure my body eats at least 1800 cals (to maintain or lose wight slowly) and i eat a lot of vegeterian foods (because they are yummy and healthy) or organic things If I can and whatnot. I’ll do this, and if it works continue until i’m satisfied and slowly move into a slightly more calorie filled diet for protein which i will need to get into serious exercising. So will it work?
i have only 8 pounds of fat left so i am going to go on a cutting diet to get really lean plus im going to be working out.
breakfast(7;00)- protein shake
the protein shake contains- 1 cup of skim milk, 1 scoop of whey protein powder, a banana, and 2 tabelspoons of organic peanutbutter.
lunch(11;30)- 1 cup of cottage cheese with blueberries and walnuts.
workouts from 3 to 4;30
dinner(5;30)- lean chicken with veggies and a spoon of peanutbutter
or ill have salmon for dinner
does anyone have any tips while cutting. i could use some help
what foods should i add/subtract from my diet
I am a 16 year old male. I weigh 165 pounds. School starts in 2 months and i want to lose as many pounds as I can. I made a schedule so I can get off at least 10-15 pounds in these 2 months. And I have an online job so i have to do all my working out in the morning. Does that matter?
-7:30-wake up, eat breakfast (2 hard boiled eggs,a boiled potato, 1 banana. With some green tea (for metabolism)

7:45-go to Park, jog one hour at a steady pace.

8:50- 3 sets of push ups, along with 3 sets of sit ups or crunches.

10:00- snack- salt-free crakers with some natrual jelly or organic peanut butter

12:00- lunch- 3 boiled potatos with a little bit of salt just to flavor it up and 1 slice of chesse

3:00-snack- 1 banana, veggies, and an apple

7:00-some oatmeal (only with water no milk) and some fruits to cover it

suffer until 11:30 or 12 until i go to sleep (online job) :(
Is this a good diet? (of course i will mix things up. this is the start until i find other things that are healthy)
Here’s basically how I plan on doing it, I’ll eat only organic fruit in the morning, and then a salad at lunch, and for dinner, I read that you should eat a lot of (organic) fruit 15 minutes before dinner and then eat a salad, and then move on to the actual meal. But not to drink during or after the meal. But I’ll be drinking in between meals and ONLY water.
If I do drink something else it would be decaffinated green or white tea, or soda sweetened with juice or dried cane juice.
If I eat anything else it would be whole grains, lean meat, or low fat dairy. But no low carb, or diet foods.
This whole idea is to make me healthier and to lose weight. What I need to know is whether this is healthy, or if I’m missing something important.
Sorry I forgot to add in the exercise part, I plan on trying 30 min of cardio 3 days a week.
