Hi I’m planning to do a 10day Master Cleanse diet just to kick start my weight loss.
The recipe involves organic maple syrup, but I couldn’t find it in the groceries so I bought the maple-flavored syrup. It has no added preservatives and no artificial flavours.
Will this ruin the benefits of the diet? What’s a substitute for the maple syrup? [No it can't be honey, they said.]
Can I just not include the syrup?

100% rolled oatmeal, whole grain rice, homemade pancakes, 100% pure honey, processed dark chocolate, raisins, natural peanut butter, greek yogurt, natural farm eggs, 100% natural, lean turkey burgers, 100% pure green tea, pure life water, coconut milk, organic milk, plain real butter and extra virgin olive oil. NOTE: I don’t have the money to afford organic for now, so these are the foods I am limited to. And I also plan on purchasing a water filter. Is this diet okay for now until I can afford organic ?
What don’t you idiots get ? Of course I know I need vegges and fruits. Those are GMO you fucin idiots. HENCE THE ORGANIC TERM

I plan to eat like this (generally) from now on.
Today, I ate –
Breakfast – oatmeal w/ 1% milk & some honey for flavor
Snack- apple chunks w/ peanut butter
Lunch – half of a turkey & cheese sandwich (whole wheat bread) w/ a few carrots & a few peach slices
Snacks – organic yogurt
Dinner – 1 egg w/ a little picante in a whole wheat tortilla & orange juice
I also ate 5 nutter butters for my junk food cravings. I’m trying really hard to stop splurging with junk food. I know the nuttter butters were a bad decision, but is the rest good? any suggestions? i looked up what i ate including nutter butter on my pyramid tracker (mypyramidtracker.gov) and it said i ate about 1300 calories.
Am i eating too much? too less? bad? good?
any comments are welcome

Hi. I often make health cakes using a soft tofu base mixed with peanut butter, honey and apple juice. Added to that are various berries, nuts, oats and flour etc but one of the key ingredients is protein powder. I am finding that generally this powder disagrees with my stomach and I wondering if more advanced chefs than I could suggest a substitute to keep the nutrition high.

I was thinking organic yogurt or something???
