Breakfast – Organic Flaxseed oatmeal and a shake with 2 packets of hot chocolate milk (60 cals)and some Folders diet Latte mix. (30 cals) With a banana mixed with ice and water. (Makes about 2 glasses)

I had a cup of coffee. Just a mug of it, With cream and splenda. I guessed around 200 cals.

Lunch – Grilled cheese (Wheat bread and American cheese) and Tomato soup.

Snack – Bowl of Fiber cereal. (Maybe 2 servings.)

Snack – Lettuce and a cut up apple.
(I had a small peanut butter cookie and maybe half a small brownie.)

Dinner – Same as breakfast because I’m a bum. :3

Is that bad? I guess around 2,300 calories. Not good, But Is it terrible?
I got about 30 minutes of exercise, Running around in a creek and jumping on rocks and stuff.

I’m 14, 5’2-3 and I weigh 13.9lbsin the morning ans usually 15.6 – 16.2lbs at the end of the day.

My measurements are gross.
Chest – 31
Waist – 29 -31
Hips – 33
Thigh – 22

I know it’s pretty chunky.
