My diet okay? Peanut butter jelly banana sandwich?
Well i wanted to bulk up for lacrosse but in a healthy way and i already eat healthy because im asian. I already am gaining pounds from working out and running and im wondering if my diet is ok? I dont wanna gain more body fat or fat on my stomach especially. Im a guy by the way. So my diet is ussually breakfest 2 cups of milk and a bacon egg cheese muffin sandwich or a ham and cheese or the little bites. Then ill have for lunch what ever is in school. But dinner is rice and either fish(filapia ithink), Lean chicken breast, and spicy pork. I eat vegetables and soup on the side. I eat 2 bowls of fruits and another glass of milk (2% organic.) and i eat a peanutbutter jellly banana sandiwch after school. I have very high metabolsm and im getting very active for lacrosse. Now im wondering if i should just bulk up through weights? i dont want to get fat and fat on my stomach. I heard that peanut butter has LOTS of fat and so does milkI(2%? 4.5 grams?) But with my diet is this ok? Ieat even though im somtimes full, but i run like everyday because at practice or im home weight training or running. Im working my way to a 6 min mile and 2 miles under 14 minutes. So what im asking is this diet healthy:? Will i get fat? Fat on my stomach? Thanks giviing best answer
PS. Is eating a Pbjelly banana sandwich everyday bad? Cause the fat? idont wanna get stomach fat… (I use 2 tablespoons and toasted bread
