I’m not really looking to ”lose weight” – just get into shape/take off a tiny bit of fat I’ve gained. I used to be really active because I lived in a small town and rode my bike everywhere I needed to get (school, the library, friends’ houses). Since my family moved into a more rural area 3 years ago and couldn’t take my bike, all I’ve been doing for the past 2 years is sitting around, shoving junk food in my mouth.
I hardly ever eat junk food or soda at all anymore – I drink a lot of water. My diet now consists of lunch meat turkey & ham sandwiches, chocolate milk, ramen noodles and water. I’m not saying that’s all I eat: it’s just my meal on a regular basis.
What i want to know is if I keep up this diet, and do a few walking laps around my neighborhood everyday (we moved within the past year again) if I’ll be able to get my skinny calves/flat stomach back?
Is the chocolate milk going to put a big dent in my effort/progress?
What other steps could I take?
(P.S. my family is set in their ways to eat junk food, so don’t tell me to try to convince them to buy organic foods etc. because i’m pretty much on my own here, guys.)

More fruits and vegetables? What’s a recommended diet for that? (apples for breakfast? so and so for lunch, etc.) ?
Im 14, 5’7 125, im not trying to lose alot of weight just tone up mostly. I read it will boost your metabolism, and I really like the idea of just grazing all day, so your never really hungry. Does this ”diet‘ sounds good? Suggesting for different food are welcome, but im working with what I have in the kitchen!!! ( goggled all my calories)
9am-orange 70 cals
10- half cup cheerios- 50
12- a few pieces of celery & a small amount of penut butter (organic) 150-200
1pm-one banana-100
2-chesse stick-110
3- baby carrots(70) and a tiny bit of ranch(30)-100
4-glass 2% milk, with powder chocolate vitamin powder-150
5-one serving mini snack prezes-110
6-small salad ( just lettuce & spinach) and a little Italian dressing-150
TOTAL-1040 ( maybe try to fit in a extra orange?) Or more penutbutter??
Plus tons of water threw out the day. Im active for at least 2 hours a day ( ride and messing with horses) and work out for about 30 a day

Ok so i always say on my diet i get to have sunday as a binge day or my treat day, yesterday was sunday but i skipped it because Easters coming up this weekend, i did good yesterday i didnt have my treat day, but now i just woke up and decided to eat something. I ate great all day tho! Healthy breakfast, wonderful lunch great dinner but i spoiled it. i had like 2 cups of organic graham cracker bunnies and one of those small packages of graham crackers where theres only 3 pieces in the wrapper with 1 cup of milk, i eat healthy and great during the week but i just binged on this and this late :( I usually have on my binge day a lil of something but im a graham cracker feen! Will this affect my diet since easters coming? Im only haveing 1 bag of m&ms on Easter and healthier choices at the feast lol. I dont want to over stuff my self. SO what about the crackers!? Ruin my diet?
Please give me an aswer to tell me if i messed up, im trying to lose at least 10 more lbs, im 18 yrs old. I use a ellipical stepping machine everyday and do stretches which ill be doing sometime tonight.

I will follow all the instructions for it which are..
Combine 2 tbsp. of fresh lemon or lime juice, 1 or 2 tbsp. of organic maple syrup and some cayenne pepper (as your taste allows), per 1 c. of pure water.
drinking 6 or more glasses of this a day and also drinking laxative tea or taking the tablets to cleanse out my body & get rid of toxins and only doing this for 10 days straight also while being on this diet i will take the ‘size zero diet pill’ of course this comes along with exercise & i’ll throw in some cardio or pilates work out and i’ll walk or run everyday for at least an hour.
you think i can lose the weight with this diet ?
