I add a teaspoon full to my power shakes. It definately packs a punch. You wont be hungry after adding this to your diet. I used to be anemic. This must have an incredible amount of iron in it. My hb has been normal since I started using this. I also dont have the unpleasant side affects as I do with iron suppliments. This form of nutrition must be easily assimilated by the body. Wonderful product.
I know it's GREEN but it is good for you...

I bought this product as part of a Smoothie diet that also includes Chia seeds. My friend got hers at a locar Roots and Leaves store, it smelled like fish!!! Needless to say i was worried for the one i was waiting on. To my surprise this product is really good, it doesn't smell bad. One of the benefits is that it has helped me with my alergies. My only word of advice is to read as much information as you can before you start on it to make sure it doesn't cause any problems in your particular case.
