I love Pure products. I couldn't find this in any local health food stores. The only place I found it was on Amazon.

I was taking another magnesium product that was very hard on my stomach, but this product is encapsulated (as they advertise) only in a vegetable capsule. It's very light on the stomach. My other pills were also "horse pills," whereas these are normal size. The only downfall is that each pill is a lower mg (only 120) so that you have to take more -- I take four a day. But at least they're easy to swallow!
