I am thinking of going on a all raw diet, I already eat organic free range chicken eggs. I know you can eat sushi etc. But if I can find a source that I can buy raw free range organic BEEF, would that be very deadly? after all, dont animals eat raw meat? And when we were cavemen, didnt we do it then? Please no immature answers. I am asking this because I want to be more healthy without all the chemicals and get the highest grade proteins there is. Because cooking anything can degrade the food. Thanks.

I really don’t like taking prescription medication, so along with diet and exercise, is there any type of natural herbs or supplements I can take to help lower my blood pressure? I believe in organic/holistic medicine…anything like certain herbs like garlic, cinnamon, or any kind of vitamin supplements or anything?

What are some yummy, natural food recipes for deserts and dinners?

I have a panic attack after I eat certain foods containing large amounts of sodium, sugar, caffeine, and chocolate . I have been to the cardiologist several times and they could find nothing wrong with me. For the mean time I have put myself on a special diet that will help reduce an panic attack. I eat lots of fruits, veggies, meat, and more organic foods. I only eat those foods just as long as I know their contents or I will not eat them. I wont eat unless I know its safe. What are you thoughts?

Eating 2-3 meals daily of 7-8 baby carrots, 7-8 3 in. celery sticks, lots of romaine lettuce, 5-6 baby organic tomatoes, 4-5 slices of grilled chicken, low fat yogurt, pieces of watermelon, cantaloupe, grape, kiwi, melon, and spicy ranch.
Along with exercising 4-5 days a week for 2-3 hours each day.. will I lose weight?
Should I add or remove anything from my diet?
