I have a panic attack after I eat certain foods containing large amounts of sodium, sugar, caffeine, and chocolate . I have been to the cardiologist several times and they could find nothing wrong with me. For the mean time I have put myself on a special diet that will help reduce an panic attack. I eat lots of fruits, veggies, meat, and more organic foods. I only eat those foods just as long as I know their contents or I will not eat them. I wont eat unless I know its safe. What are you thoughts?

Eating 2-3 meals daily of 7-8 baby carrots, 7-8 3 in. celery sticks, lots of romaine lettuce, 5-6 baby organic tomatoes, 4-5 slices of grilled chicken, low fat yogurt, pieces of watermelon, cantaloupe, grape, kiwi, melon, and spicy ranch.
Along with exercising 4-5 days a week for 2-3 hours each day.. will I lose weight?
Should I add or remove anything from my diet?

Hi I’m planning to do a 10day Master Cleanse diet just to kick start my weight loss.
The recipe involves organic maple syrup, but I couldn’t find it in the groceries so I bought the maple-flavored syrup. It has no added preservatives and no artificial flavours.
Will this ruin the benefits of the diet? What’s a substitute for the maple syrup? [No it can't be honey, they said.]
Can I just not include the syrup?

So yesterday, in the morning I Did 30 crutches or situps ( i’m not sure what the difference is) And after that i ate an apple and 3 eggs sunny side up. I had a long walk. i had brunch and had about 5 mussels ( which filled me up) and some salad. at 4 i ate a couple hand fulls of soy nuts. at arround 6 i had yohgurt and 2 organic cookies. Then, at 7 i went and ran on my treadmill on arround speed 40 for 20 minutes; I don’t run much, so this really exhausted me, i felt as if i wanted to throw up after i got off. Then i did 30 more situps and lifted weights for just a bit and did some arm excersises.

WHen i cooled off ( which was at 8) i had some blueberrys, and drank a glass of milk, with 2 more organic cookies.

Is this considered a healthy diet? And if i continue doing this will i lose weight? any tips? And how often do ihave to run like this because i don’t enjoy it that much?

P.S I’ve been drinking lot water throughout the day

Also, I’m 13, 5’3" and 124 pounds.
thanks for the answer liza… i guess..

I can spell properly, just because i spelled "work" improperly in the title, doesn’t mean i can’t spell. It’s called a typo. :\
