I eat at McDonald’s once a week as a treat. For the rest of the week I eat very healthy low-fat, organic meals and exercise regulary. Is eating fast food four times a month harmful? How many days of eating unhealthy food would cause damage to my body?

Oh btw, when I go to McDonald’s I usually order a double cheeseburger, medium fry and a diet coke.

I’m a young adult male, and I’m a big health nut. I workout all the time, but I don’t always eat the right foods. The general answer I get for this is to eat fruits and veggies, and especially eat any organic food that’s green (i.e. most vegetables that taste like carpet). I love fruit, but I absolutely despise most vegetables. Regardless of my dislike for the veggies, can anyone tell me what an ultra healthy, well balanced diet would be spanning from breakfast to dinner?
I should also add that I usually drink 30-40 ounces of water a day, and my body fat is about 8% right now.

Please Please Please I need a diet and exercise plan that will fit my schedule and guarantee that I lose 15 pounds in 2.5 months. I would really really love to be able to talk to someone on messenger if anyones willing my messenger account is galoblue4@yahoo.com . If not then I would like an organic, no preservatives, no dyes and well rounded diet. As I am petite and small boned I literally can’t eat anymore then 1400 calories without gaining weight, at 1300 I can maintain pretty well but usually 1200 does the trick for maintaining. So anything under that is good for weight loss, it least for me. I already lost 24 pounds then gained 6 back recently. So heres the days I already exercise no matter what: saturday I have 45 minutes of Irish Step Dancing and 1 hour of strength training on tuesday. I would like to have wednesday off because I have a late night and need my sleep. Also these are the workout videos I have: Turbo Jam, Callanetics, and Flat Belly Diet Walk it Off. I also have a stationary bike and a treadmill although on Sunday I don’t have accesses the stationary.

Other then those things I know its a lot but other then those I’m up for anything. Thanks so much!

Stats:
Age: 13
Height: 4’11 ( and 1/2)
Weight: 113
Bones: Small frame
Body Fat %: 28% (around that I’m going off of memory)
Dietary restriction: I don’t like cow’s milk and prefer goats milk

Thank you so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so so much!

Just for a couple of days I’m going on an all-natural diet.
All I can eat are all natural, organic foods that come from the ground.
Such as fruits and vegetables, brown rice, corn, etc.
Can you think of any other products that are all natural, and come from the ground?
Breakfast foods? Lunches? dinners? snacks?
I have a feeling I’m going to be getting sick of plain vegetables- is there anyway I can spice things up with all natural ingredients?

okay. so my mom comes home with this diet book, and it being a book, i opened and read the first page and i was interested… and then i finished the book and became intrigued.
summer is over you guys. am i the only one who gained weight after coming back from vacation? well, i gained quited a foot LBS staying on the computer, eating, then sleeping for about two-3 wks… ALOT!! and i really wanted your opinion on this diet.
you see, its a diet made to help you lose weight and keep it off, as well as working those problem areas… but im a bit concerned. it requires the use of a hCG injections daily as well as the use of alot of tea’s and cleansers and pills and drinks and stuff… though, supposedly everything is natural or "organic" ??
the thought of me putting a whole bunch of stuff into my body terrifies me…but i also have a strong feeling that by doing so the weight that i have been trying to lose forever will be gone!!
i dont know what to do!!
by the way im gonna be 16 ^^
