I know it’s not exactly the healthiest diet, but would you lose weight by doing it?

Im 5’5 and 136 pounds. About 6 months ago I was 120 and it was a good weight for me but i got depressed and ate my way to happiness. Im already vegan so thats why its a part of my diet. Here is my diet: 3 meals 1 snack a day, all vegan portioned organic meals, i will only eat 1 carb product a day so i can get most of my carbs from frruits and veggies, im going to drink tons of water, not eat after 7pm, have no sweetes or junk food, i will get my protien from tofu, take vitamins, and then every friday i will water fast, i will also be working out and running every day but friday. Please dont tell me this is un healthy ive done my research. and please no mean comments. How long do you think it will take me to lose the 15? like a month?

I am trying to avoid any foods that are not natural. they must be organic. I like dairy products and i just wanna know what types of cheeses are healthy for you to have on a daily basis? please list examples. and what ingredients should i look out for in dairy products?

I’m planning on going raw (hopefully 100% at least initially), but I need to save some money and do a little more research before I start. I’m not purchasing my own groceries right now, which is why I need to save some money – I don’t think anyone else should have to pay for my choices. I probably won’t be able to purchase much organic produce, so is it still worthwhile to go raw?

From what I’ve read, most advocate organic, but that just isn’t a viable option right now. I don’t exactly buy all of the purported benefits of the diet, but I do think that it is extremely healthy (or can be). What are your thoughts on organic vs. not? What do you think of frozen veggies? I know some people say they’re fine and others think they’re as pointless as cooked. Would you choose to purchase a blender or a food processor if you had to choose?

Thanks so much for all of your input!

I’m doing a research paper and I would like for you to answer some questions.

1. Do you think that it is healthy to have a vegan diet or a raw diet?

2. Do you currently eat this way?

3. If you don’t eat this way now, would you consider it in the future?

4. If you would consider this diet or way of eating, what would be the deciding factor, weight loss, medical problems, etc.

5. If you eat this way, do you feel that it is more difficult for you to find something to eat while dining out?

6. Do you feel that you are treated differently by friends, family and/or others?

7. If you do eat this way now, what was it that made you change to this diet or way of eating?

8. If you live this lifestyle, do you also take the time to buy organic soaps, lotions, personal care products etc.

9. Do you think that this way of eating is dangerous and if so, why?

That’s all that I can think of for now. Thank you very much for answering.

breakfast- half a banana
-piece of whole wheat cinnamon raisin toast
real breakfast (after early morning practice)
-organic peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread
-medium apple
-chocolate soy milk
snack- nature valley granola bar

lunch- salad made with two servings of lettuce, half a cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, a hard boiled egg and italian dressing

afternoon snack (post second workout)
yogurt with strawberries and granola

dinner- (my mom decided to order a pizza) so i had a bowl of oatmeal with tablespoon of organic peanut butter, a banana, strawberries and a glass of skim milk

and is this diet sufficient enough for my calorie needs if i ran 9 miles (at practice we were stop and go a lot though because of stoplights and water breaks), an hour on the elliptical, an easy 60 minute yoga class and an hour of weightlifting.
