Here’s basically how I plan on doing it, I’ll eat only organic fruit in the morning, and then a salad at lunch, and for dinner, I read that you should eat a lot of (organic) fruit 15 minutes before dinner and then eat a salad, and then move on to the actual meal. But not to drink during or after the meal. But I’ll be drinking in between meals and ONLY water.

If I do drink something else it would be decaffinated green or white tea, or soda sweetened with juice or dried cane juice.

If I eat anything else it would be whole grains, lean meat, or low fat dairy. But no low carb, or diet foods.

This whole idea is to make me healthier and to lose weight. What I need to know is whether this is healthy, or if I’m missing something important.
Sorry I forgot to add in the exercise part, I plan on trying 30 min of cardio 3 days a week.

i WANT to get down to 97lbs
i have 6 months, because im in a bikini for vienna then, but i want asap.
so a few weeks? maybe 1 or 2 months?

i dont mind stupid detox/fad diets, im always on them,they work the best.
anything you can recommend.

btw, when i skip breakfast, and sometimes lunch, i look thinner, why? i like it, but i look loads better when i skip meals.

i usually dont eat over 500cals.
sorry, cant stop that now.
i live on organic soups and fruit and veg.
no cheese, no bread, etc.
i have ibs.

perhaps lose 8lbs in 6 weeks – possible?

DONT, give me BS about healthy eating, 500cals is too little, etc, exercise aand eat a balanced diet – dont waste your time, means nothing to me.

Day 1:
Breakfast:Rolled oats made with water, an orange, 2 asparagus spears
Lunch: 50g smoked salmon with cucumber zucchini, lettuce, and carrot
Dinner: Spinach salad with stuffed mushrooms
Snacks: 1 cup of skim milk, an apple

Day 2:
Breakfast: Greek style yoghurt and a peach
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad and tzaziki
Dinner: Steamed vegetables with a small steak
Snack: orange, capsicum and hummus

Day 3:
Breakfast:2 boiled eggs with a grilled tomato
Lunch:1 slice rye bread with springwater tuna, carrot, and cucumber
Dinner: Chicken caesar salad, minus the croutons, egg, and anchovies
Snack: 2 squares dark chocolate with 4 almonds, vegetables
Day 3:

Friday: 1 fried egg with parmesan cheese, with vegetables
Lunch: 2 oat cakes with avocado and ham
Dinner: 1/2 cup organic brown rice with a vegetable stir fry
Snack: 1 rice cake with organic nut butter, fruit and vegetables

Day 4:
Oats made with milk and an apple
Lunch: Steamed carrot, 5 almonds, 1 scrambled egg
Dinner: Prawns with snowpeas and a salad
Snack: Homemade custard, fruit

Day 5:
Spinach and turkey omelete with vegetables and salmon
Lunch: asparagus soup
Dinner: Lamb skewers with tzaziki with a stirfry and salad
Snack: Cup of skin milk, fruit and vegetables

I want to lose weight and i will assist my diet with exercise, about 40 mins walking at the gym a day or so

I want to start a diet/exercise plan soon. As far as exercise goes, I am purchasing the P90X sometime this month…so I think this will defintely cover all the bases there. For diet, I’m throwing around some ideas…
Breakfast:
Fruit smoothie made with freshly frozen fruit and organic apple juice
Egg white omelette
Wheat toast with natural peanut butter
Snack:
Carrots and celery dipped in hummus OR
Wheat Thins with Laughing Cow cheese
Lunch:
Turkey sandwich
Apple
Fiber One bar
Snack:
Cucumbers with fat free ranch dip OR
Grapes and cheese cubes
Dinner:
Salmon or chicken
Green beans or corn
Whole wheat noodles or brown rice
Snack:
Frozen yogurt with strawberry slices

I will drink water and 2 cups of coffee a day (I need my coffee!) :)

So what do you think? What changes would you make?

i want to lose some weight. i have tried every diet under the sun including starvation and it dosent work. (if you are thinking of starving to lose weight, take my advice and dont do it, it was a complete waste of my time.) so i’ve made my own one up. do you think its healthy and i will lose weight on it? also, this would be very helpful if you could tell me how much weight i will lose in what amount of time.

Breakfast: Porridge made with water and organic oats. Glass of water.

Snack: handful of grapes.

Lunch: chicken salad in an organic brown small roll. Glass of water.

Snack: handful of butterbeans. 2 glasses of water.

Dinner: fish with steamed vegetables. 2 glasses of water.

Snack: cup of tea and 2 glasses of water.

45 minutes bike riding.
20 minutes yoga.
10 minutes weight lifting.
i’m also going to have one day a week where i treat myself, but i wont overdo it.

if this diet isnt that good, could you please tell me how to improve it. thanks everyone for helping. xx

Ok so i always say on my diet i get to have sunday as a binge day or my treat day, yesterday was sunday but i skipped it because Easters coming up this weekend, i did good yesterday i didnt have my treat day, but now i just woke up and decided to eat something. I ate great all day tho! Healthy breakfast, wonderful lunch great dinner but i spoiled it. i had like 2 cups of organic graham cracker bunnies and one of those small packages of graham crackers where theres only 3 pieces in the wrapper with 1 cup of milk, i eat healthy and great during the week but i just binged on this and this late :( I usually have on my binge day a lil of something but im a graham cracker feen! Will this affect my diet since easters coming? Im only haveing 1 bag of m&ms on Easter and healthier choices at the feast lol. I dont want to over stuff my self. SO what about the crackers!? Ruin my diet?
Please give me an aswer to tell me if i messed up, im trying to lose at least 10 more lbs, im 18 yrs old. I use a ellipical stepping machine everyday and do stretches which ill be doing sometime tonight.
