Hey guys, i’m reaally in the mood to acually get on to losing some weight.
Im 14 years old, female, and 170 pounds, and 5’6”
Before you say im extremly overweight, i will let you know that like more than half of that IS muscle, cause people tell me i look like im in the 130′s 140′s,
I cheer, everyday, for 3 hours. Its an intense practice too. We run, workout, and …cheer, ahha.
Anyways, me and my friend kinda composed a diet plan for me, and i was wondering if you "experts" out there could help me out by adding things, or if its fine.
So everyday, starting tommorow, i would do:
Running on the treadmill for 30 minutes
Going up and down the stairs 30 times
25 starbursts
50 crunches,
Then for food,
Organic apples
Eggs
Cauliflower
NON-fat yogurt: Yoplait light
Oatmeal
Peanuts
Soup
Fish!
Salad with not a lot of high calorie dressing
Thanks Guys, i really appreciate it.
I am on a semi-liquid diet. Mostly made up of protein MEAL REPLACEMENT shakes. I am allowed to drink 5-7 shakes a day each only 100 calories and are full of nutritional value.I want to repeat these are meal replacement shakes not protein or whey protein shakes. I eat 1 or 2 whole meals a day. It is approved by my doctor. My usual meals are egg drop soup, chicken breast with chef salad, steak and green beans, organic mexican pizza, or whatever pizza I feel like engorging on :-P But Im getting a little burnt out on the above foods. Do you have any suggestions? recipes? Im trying to eat no so many carbs, more protein, and the meal has to be under 300 calories (better if around 250) and once again the diet is working for me and it is APPROVED by my doctor so please take your diet/dangerous talk else where just because you see liquid diet. All suggestions are very much appreciated! Thank you :)
I’m reading this news headline about the teen with cancer opting out of chemotherapy…
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060816/ap_on_re_us/sick_teen
And I’m not sure what the original issue is. Per the article, "After Abraham chose to go on the sugar-free, organic diet and take liquid herbal supplements under the supervision of a Mexican clinic, a social worker asked a juvenile court judge to intervene to protect the teen’s health."
So basically, if someone wants to pursue an alternate means of medical treatment for their child, other than something established by the medical community, this is grounds for a social worker to intervene, when this involves a minor? Is that what the original issue is, or is it more involved than that?

Is this a good diet? (of course i will mix things up. this is the start until i find other things that are healthy)
because I’m a vegetarian I normally eat only pasta EVERYDAY so for a week I decided to change my diet because I could hardly go toilet without laxatives. I’ve started eating more cereals, fruits and vegetables, vegetarian meats and organic foods, my mom has also been making a spinach and tomato mix with rice and potatos, which I love! my clothes have gotten really loose already in a week, i’m going toilet two times a day, I don’t feel stuffy, I feel great actually. but thats not the question, MY QUESTION IS HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK IS IT OKAY TO HAVE PASTA WITHOUT GAINING WEIGHT? my health teacher told me that pasta normally turns straight into fat and makes you constipated? and also have you got any got vegetarian recipes??? even 1 or 2 would be good.
