I drink it for the health beneifts, but I have been reading that it needs to be organic for all the health benefits to be in it..The one I have been drinking doesn’t say organic but it says 100% natural apple cider, is that the same as organic?

Breakfast – Organic Flaxseed oatmeal and a shake with 2 packets of hot chocolate milk (60 cals)and some Folders diet Latte mix. (30 cals) With a banana mixed with ice and water. (Makes about 2 glasses)

I had a cup of coffee. Just a mug of it, With cream and splenda. I guessed around 200 cals.

Lunch – Grilled cheese (Wheat bread and American cheese) and Tomato soup.

Snack – Bowl of Fiber cereal. (Maybe 2 servings.)

Snack – Lettuce and a cut up apple.
(I had a small peanut butter cookie and maybe half a small brownie.)

Dinner – Same as breakfast because I’m a bum. :3

Is that bad? I guess around 2,300 calories. Not good, But Is it terrible?
I got about 30 minutes of exercise, Running around in a creek and jumping on rocks and stuff.

I’m 14, 5’2-3 and I weigh 13.9lbsin the morning ans usually 15.6 – 16.2lbs at the end of the day.

My measurements are gross.
Chest – 31
Waist – 29 -31
Hips – 33
Thigh – 22

I know it’s pretty chunky.

Starting tomorrow I’m going on the MC diet for 14 days
I was just wondering a few things:

I have only 2 days worth of tea laxatives and herbal tea – can I drink that? Or does it HAVE to be tea laxatives?
I don’t have organic syrup – will that effect anything?
How much weight did you lose on the MC and how long did you do it for?
What was the first meal you had after you finished the cleanse and how long did you wait to eat that?
What should I do after the 14 days as of eating…wait a day or two?

(and please no rudeness – i really am not doing this soley to lose weight – so please – if you can’t answer my questions then don’t say anything at all)

Breakfast @7:00 A.M.: 6 oz cup of organic strawberry soygurt. (I tend to sleep in, so breakfast is always pretty light.)

Snack at 11:15 A.M.: Whole wheat bread with 1/2 mashed avocado and cucumber. Handful of organic, unsalted, roasted soy nuts.

Lunch at 1:30 P.M.: Amy’s organic vegan frozen black bean burrito, organic whole grain tortilla chips (with flax seeds) with organic salsa and the other 1/2 of the mashed avocado.

Snack around 5:00 P.M.: Smoothie made with crushed ice, organic West Soy soy milk, strawberries, and a banana OR crushed ice, coffee flavored organic soy milk, a banana, and a spoonful of peanut butter.

Around 9:00 P.M. I will be going to see Iron Man 2 with my boyfriend. I will probably get an icee drink, and maybe have some movie theater popcorn. This is not a usual part of my daily diet. It is a special treat.

Dinner: Veggie stir fry (broccoli, carrots, baby corn) with amaranth (or maybe quinoa.)

Notes: The mashed avocado is not guac. It is an avocado mashed up with a fork, with a squirt of fresh lemon juice to prevent browning. I normally would not eat so much unfermented soy in one day, but it was on sale and I couldn’t resist. I am not looking to lose or gain weight, but rather to remain at my healthy weight. I will walk the 30 minutes to the movie theater, as well as doing about 50 minutes of light pilates, if my schedule allows. Aside from the drinks mentioned, the only thing I’ll be drinking is copious amounts of water.
I am not trying to lose any weight. I am at a healthy weight and a healthy BMI.

Also, not everything is organic. The strawberries are not, which is a problem.

I don’t eat dairy, grains, or high sugar foods.

I eat wild caught seafood daily.
Only organic meats; poultry almost daily and beef once a week.
I also eat shellfish on occasion.
I eat one fruit a day usually an apple and i eat unlimited amounts of vegetables in soups, salads, stir fries daily a fough times a day.

Very occasionally i eat beans and nightshades

I’m eighteen; 119 pounds; 5’8

Am i a good weight and how much calories a day should i be eating to sustain this weight?

* just if anyones wounder i get acne from dairy and grains and right now im 100% clear unlike before, but i’d like to know if this diet is good for my overall body and not just my face.

Okay, people have been telling me I look fine, Im normal for my height etc. but I dont feel confident.

Im 165 pounds, and 5’7 almost 5’8 .

I found a new diet, were all you eat is soup and water. for like 2 -3 weeks,thats it not even fruits or veggies,
the soup
is water with cabbage, tomatoes, garlic, celery
thats it, You boil it with the vegetables and then you take them out, so basically its soup with nothing in it but a bit of natural flavouring from the veggies,
It taste gross,.
but I heard it looses up to 30 poudns a month

and its true, because my cousin was soo fat after pregnacy and she did the diet and after a month she was perfecet.

I dont get it, I eat organic stuff and Never eat sweets or mcdonalds or fast food places.

I Dance and do gymnastics. Im pretty active, but my weight dosent go down.
