I know that the fats in organic peanut butter are heart healthy, and also that eating peanut butter helps maintain your appetite so that you eat less. What I was wondering was if that there was any chance that eating organic peanut butter could speed up your metabolism and help with weight loss?

I recently read a post asking what is the best protein supplement. I know the company that i am in love with but i am just interested in seeing what everyone says. It doesn’t have to be organic if you have one you can’t live without want but mine is.

So I have asthma attacks around any types of scents. I am thinking about going back to school.

Would I be allowed to use the respirator in campus?
Are they hazardous to my health? I read something a while ago saying they put bad chemicals in the mask which cause lung damage. Is this true?

So, are they safe?
And can I use them in a campus say for computers?

Thanks

Hey guys, I want to start eating better (like organic and choosing foods that don’t have preservatives). I want to understand labels better so that I can chose the best food. I went to a health food store and was lost! There are so many different types of teas, salt (like Hawaiian sea salt with charcoal in it) and spices. So i decided not to buy anything just yet but to inform myself. I would like to be educated on the different types of teas and spices and the benefits they have on the body. I understand balance and proportions for meal planning…I know you have to eat a lot of greens and fruits. I just want to know more about other things. I’m Italian and trust me I love the food I eat…I just want to expand my knowledge.

Same for the green living. I want to start using greener products that have less harmful effects on the environment and on me :) I’d to make my own perfume/shampoo.

So now the question: do you guys know of a site and/or book that help me with this? I know I can google it but I feel there is a lot of false info on the net and I don’t want to be misinformed. I wanted a trustworthy source. Thanks guys, I will pick a best answer:)

I drink it for the health beneifts, but I have been reading that it needs to be organic for all the health benefits to be in it..The one I have been drinking doesn’t say organic but it says 100% natural apple cider, is that the same as organic?
