I’ve been trying to buy things natural and organic but notice the natural and organic version of some things I was buying previously has more calories.
I buy English muffins at 100 calories each and the organic version is 140 calories. So which is better?

And please site the source for your claims.
"One benefit of organic food is that it is pesticide free, which is definitely better for the environment. It’s probably better for you as well, though many people argue that the pesticide residue on foods is too small to cause health problems."

Organic food still uses pesticides, but they use natural pesticides instead of synthetic ones, I looked this up a while ago so that ones out. There are plenty of deadly pesticides found in nature.
