Hi! My 6 month old just started solids, and I know that there are some foods you should avoid at first because of the risk of allergies….are blueberries one of these foods? My mom brought over a bunch of jars of Organic Apples with Blueberries…what do you think? Thanks!

I went in for my physical today and my blood pressure is 148/92. I already eat low-fat organic food, do not drink anything but water, and exercise. Could it be caused by driving to the doctor’s office in a white out and residual stress from Christmas? (I live in Colorado and work retail.) What else can I do?
I’m only 10 pounds overweight having dropped 30 pounds in the fall. My blood pressure was fine before, but not so good now.

After 12 months of unsuccessful TTC, we’ve decided to start eating organic and try Preseed. Is this website safe to use my bank card (Visa & Wachovia) on?
They use Pay Pal.

What types of healthy meals to you give your toddler? Looking for new ideas. I mostly buy everything organic for her, but have run out of ideas on what to make!!!

And are these type of foods harder to burn off in your daily food consumption then whole or organic foods? Its hard living in America and watching what you eat when most food here is not authentic.

k, my little baby girl is 5 1/2 months, and she has been eating 1st foods for about 2 months now. and i was wondering if its okay to let her eat 2nd foods yet. like maybe oatmeal in the morning and then chicken and rice dinners for dinner time. this is her food schedual, in the morning she will eat some oatmeal with a fruit, and then at dinner she will have one of the first foods, the whole thing, and she eats organic. and then she will have 4 ounces of milk every 3 or 4 hours throughout the day except in the morning and at night before she goes to bed she gets 6 ounces. Do you think she is eating too much? and would it be wise to start her on 2nd foods?

(see, the reason why i want to start her on 2nd foods, is because i want her to stay full longer, so she dont want so much formula, because i think all that formula is making her chubby.)

Please also tell me what you feed your baby at 5 months

Thank you!!!!!!!!
