I’m trying to eat healthy, and am looking for something to satisfy both sweet and savory cravings without the greasy, nasty feeling you get from eating most chips or crisps.

i have gauges and they seem to keep getting infected , well not rilly infected just wattery sticky stff comes out..should i change gauge types??

and I feel horrid. I have had a headache for two days and nausea. I thought it was unrelated but I was at a party and ate some white bread and my headache and nausea left. Is there a reason why this food makes me feel so bad? And why would white bread make me feel better?
