I thought I wa just lactose intolerant, however I tired different types of milk including soy, lactose free, organic, and silk. All of which don’t sit well with my stomach. Is there something else I can try? What am I really intolerant too?

I had my 1st baby 6 months ago, I gained 80 lbs, going from 150-230 and I’m down to about 190ish now
I eat a healthy diet and I’m breastfeeding as much as I can get and formula. I can’t seem to lose any weight. I had my thyroid checked out and it was normal even though both of my grandmas’ were unactive & my sister’s is overactive (I can only dream lol) I eat a lot of organic foods.
I want to exercise but my baby has reflux and rarely naps and wants entertained all day.
My questions are do you think I will lose some of this weight when I totally wean him? Why is it 6 mo’s later I still look at least 6 mo’s pregnant? It doesn’t seem normal, I’m not expecting washboard flat abs, which would be nice, but I shouldn’t still look this pregnant this long after the baby.
Even with a healthier diet (I didn’t eat so healthy when pregnant), I should be losing some and nothing budges.
Think I could get my insurance to pay for a tummy tuck and breast reduction because of the pressure on my back
I had a vaginal birth too since the other girl mentioned C-section

I dont want to hear the lectures about antibiotics. This question is for people into health ONLY.

I have mild mvp with some regurg and have a dentist appointment. Extraction, cleaning etc. I want to know now that antibiotics arent the norm, what I could take NATURALLY, instead. (I already eat organic yogurt almost everyday)
I already did my research and so I know antibiotics are not the thing anymore. STILL i would like to keep up my system when I go.

I started the 14 day organic herbal cleanse yesterday, and I know its to be expected, but I already have the headache from hell. Is it okay to take aspirin?

I´ve heard that for babies 6mos old, formula works better than whole organic cow milk. Is that true? I mean, formulas have been in our world for …what 30 years? And cows…. well lets say much longer….

No pills, no chemicals, I am looking for a natural possibly organic alternative to the over-the-counter stuff.
