I’ve been reading a lot of articles about how bad soy formula is for babies. My daughter is 8 months and has been drinking it since i stopped breastfeeding her at 5 months. I want to switch her to an organic formula but should i keep her on soy?? I don’t want to hurt her but i really want to stop this formula if its bad. Her dr has no problem with it i’ve asked her before. Anyone with similar situations??? What do you think i should do?
I’m 19 and my mom is making me take a organic drink that has 33g of protein.
I weight 169lbs, so I this going to make me gain weight if I were to take once daily?
Forgot to mention I want to lose weight.
My calorie intake per day is about 400-550
and my height is 6’2”
So is this drink (if taken once daily) going to make me gain or lose pounds or stay the same?
I am about 4 months pregnant, and am looking for a website that has recipes for homemade baby products- shampoo, diaper rash cream, moisturizer, that sort of thing. Also want a website that has recipes and tips for making your own baby food and freezing or storing it. I want to do things as naturally and simply as possible with this baby, and not rely so much on store bought products.
We live rural, which makes it harder to get products in the first place.
So, any TIPS,, ADVICE, or WEBSITES with the sort of info I am looking for would be appreciated!
PS- I’m not totally stuck on the organic issue, but want to have this baby enjoy a natural, simple state of life, not overburdened with Huggies and Pampers and other brand name products. Thanks!

Are there any specifics, like organic cotton so it breathes or do you have to have lycra style? Are there different colours you should wear / shouldn’t wear? Help!
My son just started baby food, and if I catch the stains before they get into my washer, great, BUT Gerber Organic Sweet Potatoes got on one of his better layettes and I didn’t catch it and washed it!
Before I make things any worse, is there ANYTHING that can get this out?? Please help!
I thought I wa just lactose intolerant, however I tired different types of milk including soy, lactose free, organic, and silk. All of which don’t sit well with my stomach. Is there something else I can try? What am I really intolerant too?
