Great product, excellent taste.Can be added to pancake flour as well as hot and cold cereal.Used to lower cholesterol.I highly recommend it.

I bought this product with my toddler in mind. Suffice it say he was three and could not do a #2 on the potty. It turns out that he was terrible constipated, I could not get this child to eat his vegetables : )for the life of me no matter how I disguied it.

Based on advice from his grandmother the Navitas Flaxseed turned out to be my ace in the hole. By diluting a small amount in his milk or adding it to his PB&J sandwich and you get instant fiber.

The turn around from a child afraid to use the potty or beset with cramps and pains, to a child who can sit on the potty and do his buisiness as well as one with an improved and increased appetite was within 1 1/2 week.
