If I follow this diet and exercise plan, how many pounds do you think i would lose in a week?

Breakfast: Special K cereal with organic skim milk- 130 calories.
Snack: Fruit- about 100 calories.
Lunch: Tuna on whole wheat bread with tomatoe and mayonnaise- 200 calories.
Snack: pretzels- 100 calories.
Dinner: something equal to about 300 calories.
Dessert: Jello- 20 calories.
Total calories= about 750 calories.
Exercise: Walk about 5 miles every day (summer!!!)
How much weight would i lose each week if i did this?
What are your other suggestions? Thank you ♥

I don’t know about in a week??? But if your gonna be doing 5 miles a day you need to up the calorie intake like add more calories by eating more proteins in your diet I think you need at leat 1000 calories but try to get to 1200

thats to little to eat….. your matbolisem will slow down you need at least 1,200 a day. other than that sounds like a good plan shoot for about 2-3 lbs a week

your body is not going to get enough food to burn fat. anything under 1200 calories and your body will go into starvation/conservation mode and it will store everything as fat and will hold onto every ounce of fat you have. eat 1200 and run or walk a little more and extend your goal time to two months and you are good to go.

well my diet is pretty much like yours but i dont eat pretzels, jello,mayonnaise,or spetial k. instead i eat branflakes for cereal, the organic skim milk is also good,stick with that and for the tuna i just add a squirt of lemon,diced tomato,and diced onion. I also eat a fruit for every snack like apple, kiwi, 5 strawberries, or a cup of grapes.
no junk food and fast food,or it slows you down
i do tae bo for an hour, and go jogging 15 minutes. in two weeks i lost 10 pounds, oh yeah drink a litter of water a day.^_^

If you are only eating 750 calories a day, then you are not getting enough nutrition. Your body will go into starvation mode because it will think you are starving yourself, and your body might store all your fat instead of getting rid of it.
Bring your calories up to 1,200 a day (and walk 5 miles a day), and you’ll lose 8-15 pounds a month.

You shouldn’t be going below 1200 cal a day. The best way to lose weight is to do it gradually 1-2 lbs a week. Go to http://www.myfooddiary.com. It will give you all the tools you need, including how many cals to eat to lose a certain amount of weight in a certain amount of time. Believe me, you will not be able to maintain eating only 750 cals a day. Your body needs fuel. You are also exercising, and for that your body needs fuel to work. Drink lots a lot of water and don’t starve yourself if you want it to last.

I agree with everyone else…Take in at least 1000 calories…Try 1200 But it also depends on your current weight.
