Great product!! for years I suffer from IBS until I came across this product.. I take it every day and IBS is GONE!!! as soon as I stop taking it for a couple of days i feel the pains again!

With other fiber I've had the typical problems - bloating, gas, discomfort, etc. I went on the ramping increase recommended for this fiber and so far no problems at all! I'm much more regular and feeling good!

I did not like this product and much prefer Benifiber. Heather's Tummy Fiber claims that it is soluble when, in fact, it is not. I ended up throwing most of the package away. It clumped up in my cereal and any drink, hot or cold. It certainly didn't help with regularity any more than Benifiber does. It was way too expensive, as well.
