In the morning since i work at mcdonalds i either have there pancakes or a sausage mcmuffin, but i drink 16 ounces in the morning no matter what, and if im not working i stick to a nice bowl of oatmeal no sugar added just a pinch of raisins…

at my break i eat a side salad with some water…if im not at work ill eat a tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes
or a plain salad.

then at this point i box from 6:20-8:00 sometimes i skateboard home
i drink tons of water there and i sweat extreme amounts and i get quite alot of matches. so i figure im working very hard.

then when i get home i eat a cafe steamer or a lean meal from the freezer with some green organic tea.

also for note while im at work i may take a piece of bacon in the mornign and 1 or 2 nuggets in the afternoon and maybe a sip of diet coke will that throw me off and if not… is this diet plan im on good enough? to at least make me lose 2-3 pounds a week?

more notes i add hot sauce to my salads because it boosts my metabolism so does the 16 ounces of water and im gonna start lifting weights to boost it even more. i really do hope im doing good cus i wanna stay on this diet for a month…

if u need an age im 16.. so mcdonalds is not my full time job …if u can incorporate a diet plan with school cus i start in a week

On a regular day, my diet consists of…

Breakfast-
slice of whole wheat toast
yogurt
1/2 cup grape juice

Lunch-
wheat toast w/ hummus
banana or apple
yogurt or string cheese
propel water or organic chocolate milk

Dinner-
some type of meat
some type of vegetable
some type of starch starch (potatoes, rice)
1 cup skim milk

Dessert-
cookie,ice cream,or chocolate

Would you consider this a healthy diet for me? I’m 17, 5’1 and 108 pounds. I don’t exercise now, but will start again once winter’s over.

I would like to try this diet to stop craving sugar. I love dessert! I am slender and don’t really need to lose more than 6 pounds. But, my pounds come from sugar. I eat salads and organic veggies and fresh berries and apples. I always watch calories, sodium, etc. I tell others how to eat. But, when I tried the diet and had to cut out desserts like cake and brownies and such I wanted to die! I tried the Ricotta dessert in phase one and hated it. I am not a big fan of artifical sweetners. And eating cheese for dessert was weird. I do love the sugar free fudge pops but I need more options! Any ideas? Especially ideas for dessert after lunch.

I’m 13, and I try to get as much of the vitamins, vegetables and fruits daily. I don’t eat fast food or artificial items; I try to keep everything all natural and organic if i can. I’m not overweight either. Does anyone know what exactly someone my age should be eating to keep healthy and grow?
i’m not talking about a diet to get thinner just healthy meals daily, and I am physically active too with basketball, cross country and vollyball.

so, I’m 33 and 5’11" 140lbs

looks like my metabolism isn’t going to slow down yet.

I’m just starting to work with a personal trainer to bulk up muscle

-he said for me to eat 4 full eggs and 4 egg whites every day…seems a bit excessive. I’m thinking half of that?

-he also said to eat 1-1/2 cups oatmeal (I do that now)

-2 slices of non-enriched bread with (organic) peanut butter?

-I have been having a protein shake with milk in the morning and also at night. takes longer to digest than water, but more protein

for lunch OR dinner I have chicken every day

he said for me to have 3000-4000 cals too…

thoughts?

okay so I have recently started a vegan diet- But I do eat honey

here is what I have had in the last few days

MONDAY

coffee
4 apples
1 carrot
pretzel sticks
2 bananas
1 serving peanut butter
1 peach
1 can of green beans
1 serving of tortilla chips

TUESDAY

1 serving of cereal
2 apples
carrot
banana
pretzels
2 carrot/honey/oat cookie like things
tofu
peanut butter
honey
2 lightly salted rice cakes

WEDNESDAY

(so far)
1 carrot/honey/oat cookie like thing
2 carrots
1 serving peanut butter
a few bites tofu

the carrot/honey/oat cookie like thing is something I made it has carrot’s, oat’s, and honey instead of sugar, and sugar free apple sauce instead of oil and whole wheat flour- so its hand made with organic ingredients and very healthy

I am also trying to lose weight and I do kinda work out- I work at a daycare where I spend about 5 hours running around with two and three year old’s.

am I eating too much? too little?

do I need more of anything?

thanks. :D

Oh and I am only drinking coffee with sugar free/dairy free creamer
and diet mountain dew ( Not very good but I never have more then one can a day) and lots of WATER!
