You mentioned turkey. I went to my dr about my acne a year or so ago (I still stuggle with it, but thankfully it’s a lot better). He had read about a new study in which a chemical in turkey could be causing acne. So I eliminated turkey from my diet and it’s really helped! I notice that if I eat a food that contains tukey, I will break out.

I’d give fresh fruit/berries greek yogurt and honey a go for breakfast…its really healthy and tastes good too

Wow.. You are a model?? That’s inspiring… Like.. I went to modelling school when I was younger, but then I got a lot of zits and pimples.. And I was like gosh, I can’t be a model.. so I stopped.. and now I see you and you are inspiration!!!
